Program Description
When a customer expressly opts in, ELEAR Floors may send SMS/MMS related to an inquiry, estimate request, appointment, flooring project, installation schedule, project updates, service follow-up, warranty, or customer-care matter. No third-party marketing or lead-generation messages.
Consent
By checking the optional SMS consent box or otherwise providing documented express consent, the customer authorizes customer-care texts to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The checkbox is optional and not selected by default.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to opt out. A final confirmation may be sent. No further messages unless new consent is provided.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery is subject to network availability and policies.
